Shipping to Europe and Asia

Books are shipped to customers in Europe and Asia via DHL Express or other courier services.

Payment

The following payment methods are available:

— Bank transfer
— Payment through any bank
— Invoice issued for legal entities
— Cash payment at our office
— Cash payment to the courier upon delivery

Accompanying Documents

When paying online, a receipt will be sent electronically (by email or SMS, upon request).

Delivery Restrictions

Delivery is not available:

• To construction sites, railway stations, transport terminals, gardening associations, workshops, catering establishments (except administrative offices), or secure/restricted facilities.

• To parks, forests, beaches, or other locations without a specific address or proper conditions for delivery and documentation processing.

• To locations accessible only via unpaved roads.

• If the customer cannot be contacted.

Self-Pickup

Order now and collect your purchase at a convenient shop or collection point.

• Orders are delivered to the selected collection point as soon as possible. The estimated delivery date is provided at checkout.

• A confirmation message will be sent once the order arrives at the selected pickup location.

• Orders are stored at the pickup point for up to three (3) days from arrival.

• Delivery costs to the pickup point depend on the distance and are specified in the product description and during checkout.

• Orders exceeding EUR 2,000 are shipped only after advance payment.
