Refund Policy
1. Inspection Before Acceptance
Before accepting the order, the buyer must inspect the goods to ensure that the delivery is complete and free of visible defects.
Claims regarding visible defects can only be made before the goods are accepted by the buyer.
2. Buyer Obligations
The buyer is obliged to accept the delivered goods unless they have the right to request a replacement or to cancel the sales contract in accordance with applicable law.
Unless otherwise specified by law, the sales contract, or other regulations, the buyer must take reasonable steps to receive the goods and accompanying documentation.
3. Product Use and Verification
Before using the product, the buyer should verify that it matches the specifications and characteristics described in the product documentation.
If the product is of proper quality but does not meet the buyer’s expectations, the buyer may refuse it before signing acceptance documents for the order.
4. Returns
The buyer may return goods within 30 days of receipt if the following conditions are met:
The product has not been used and retains its original packaging, labels, and presentation.
The product is in marketable condition, free from dents, cracks, scratches, chips, or other damage (excluding hidden manufacturing defects).
All original purchase documentation (receipt, invoice, etc.) is included.
If these conditions are not met, the seller cannot accept a return or provide a refund.
Returns should be sent to the seller’s warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey, via a reliable courier service. A copy of the purchase receipt and payment details must be included for processing the refund.
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, the seller will process the refund within five (5) business days.
5. Refund Methods
Cash Refund (Istanbul Customers Only)
Refunds are issued in cash at the seller’s office.
A written application, valid ID, product documentation, and the returned goods in marketable condition are required.
Bank Transfer
Refunds are transferred to the buyer’s bank account based on the submitted return documents and a written application.
Applicable to customers worldwide.
Card Payment Refund (Istanbul Customers Only)
Refunds are made to the same card used for payment.
A written application, valid ID, card used for payment, product documentation, and the returned goods in marketable condition are required.
6. Notes
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a seller error.

All returns must comply with this policy to be eligible for a refund.
