Refund Policy

1. Before paying for the order, be sure to make sure that the order is complete and that there are no external defects in the goods. Claims to the appearance of the delivered goods can be presented only before the goods are handed over to the client by the seller, and if they are available, the buyer has the right to refuse the goods.
2. Complaints about the contamination of the packaging or directly the goods themselves, insufficient lighting of the premises and other similar reasons are not grounds for non-compliance by the buyer with the requirements:
2.1. The buyer is obliged to accept the goods handed over to him, unless he has the right to demand replacement of the goods or to refuse to execute the contract of sale.
2.2. Unless otherwise provided by law, other legal acts or the contract of sale, the buyer is obliged to take actions that, in accordance with the usual requirements, are necessary on his part to ensure the transfer and receipt of the relevant goods.
2.3. In cases where the buyer, in violation of the law, other legal acts or the contract of sale, does not accept the goods or refuses to accept it, the seller has the right to require the buyer to accept the goods or refuse to perform the contract.
3. Before using the product, check whether its actual characteristics correspond to your ideas about it. All the main characteristics are indicated in the instructions for the product.
4. If the product of proper quality did not suit you for any reason, you can refuse it before signing the acceptance documents for the entire order.
5. You can also refuse the goods within 30 (thirty) days after signing the documents, not counting the day of purchase. In this case, it is necessary that:
• the product was not used, its consumer properties, presentation, packaging, seals, labels, as well as sales / cash receipt, documentation for the product were preserved;
• the goods were of proper quality (serviceable, had no dents, cracks, scratches, chips and other mechanical damage, with the exception of hidden manufacturing defects);
If the above conditions are not met, we, unfortunately, will not be able to exchange the product or return money for it.
And yet, if you decide to return the goods you bought back and at the same time all the above rules are observed, you need to collect the returnable goods and send them to our warehouses located in İstanbul Turkey, using the services of transport companies. Do not forget to attach to the return a receipt and details for transferring funds to you for the goods.
After our warehouse receives your shipments, the company undertakes to transfer the amount of the returned goods to the accounts indicated by you within five working days.
A refund Cash
In case of returning the goods, the funds will be returned only in cash at the office. Refunds are made on the basis of a written application. You must have a passport, documents for the goods, goods (in a marketable condition) that you want to return. These return conditions are relevant for İstanbul Turkey customers.
Cashless payment — Bank transfer
In case of returning the goods, the funds are returned to the current account. Refunds are made on the basis of return documents from the buyer and a written application.
By bank card to the courier
In case of returning the goods, the funds are returned only to the bank card with which the payment was made at the office. Refunds are made on the basis of a written application. You should have with you the card from which the payment was made, passport, documents for the goods, goods (in marketable condition) that you want to return. These return conditions are relevant for İstanbul Turkey customers.
